Technician for Testing Area and Applications (m/f)

For the international group at our site in Mannheim

Your area of responsibility includes the following activities at the technical center:

  • Construction and assembly of rental- and testing plants as well as test stands
  • Assembly of electrical components in plants and periphery
  • Connection of electrical machines via interfaces
  • Retracting, testing, parameterizing and acceptance tests of new machines
  • Implementation of experiments and machine acceptance tests with costumers
  • Implementation of development experiments
  • Documentation, analysis and evaluation of the results
  • Dismantling, cleaning and preparation of machine components
  • Organization of measuring and testing equipment

Your profile and our requirements:
You successfully completed vocational education as a mechatronic technician or equivalent education as a basis. In the named area of responsibility above you already have at least 2 years of experience, especially trained skills  in  recording measurement data as well as programming of robots (e.g. Fanuc) are an advantage. You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft-Office applications especially Excel. Good English language skills are desirable during experiments in the presence with international costumers. Some of your strengths are interest in complex technical tasks as well as the capacity and the ability to work in a team. Your personality is practice-oriented, committed and flexible. You already have the ability of pronounced quality consciousness.
